Bobbie Mastracci, CCIM, SIOR, to serve on 2021 CCIM Institute Executive Committee

GOODYEAR, ARIZ. – Bobbie Lorraine Mastracci, CCIM, SIOR, Designated Broker/Principal of Phoenix West Commercial, was named to the CCIM Institute’s 2021 Executive Committee at the organization’s Annual Governance Meetings held virtually Oct. 21-23 and 26-29.

The CCIM Institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement. The CCIM Institute is one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world with members in more than 30 countries.

“It’s an honor to be chosen by my fellow CCIM peers to have the privilege serve the CCIM organization in the Executive Committee for the next two years,” Mastracci said. “When I was pinned on October 16, 2008, in Chicago by the then Central Arizona CCIM Chapter President, David Verwer it changed my career in a way that was unexpected.

“My CCIM family has been supportive and encouraging from my first visit to a CCIM chapter breakfast that David Miller invited me to that gives me the desire to give back and have my sons, Eli and Giuseppe, follow the CCIM journey.”

Mastracci served as President of the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter in 2013 and 2016. She has also served as Treasurer and Vice President and board member of the chapter since 2007. She was the 2014 CCIM First Regional Vice President, 2015 CCIM Regional Vice President and Co-Founder of the West Valley Commercial Real Estate Group. She currently chairs the chapter’s Education Committee.

Amazing Fitness LLC leased approximately 3.027-square-feet at 9740 North Oracle Road, Suite 104, Oro Valley, AZ within El Corredor shopping center. The tenant will use the space for an F45 fitness facility. Debbie Heslop CCIM, and Leah Bogen of VOLK Company handled a lease for Boulder Oro Valley, LLC as landlord and Amazing Fitness LLC.

Sub in the Sun, LLC leased 1,280-square-foot space at 7315 N. Oracle #108 within Two Oracle for a Jersey Mikes.  Jersey Mike’s will be joining other new tenants including Commerce Bank, Luxspace Suites and Purelit Fitness.  The grand reopening of Two Oracle, a 55,000 square foot office/retail/fitness/restaurant on Oracle Road near Ina Road is scheduled for year end. Lure Fish House Debuts First Arizona Location in Scottsdale

Scottsdale, Arizona —  Southern California based Lure Fish House is expanding to the State of Arizona with their first location in the popular Shops at Gainey Village.  Velocity Retail Group’s Darren Pitts, Morgan Danhoff and Bret Olson are representing the tenant for their market launch.  This is the fifth location for the popular restaurant.

Lure Fish House is a family owned restaurant that features the freshest sustainable seafood from trusted sources.  Their goal is to provide their guests with a fun and exciting seafood experience full of healthy, environmentally sound, and delicious options.  “Lure is an exceptional concept that will be warmly welcomed into the Phoenix Metro area as the seafood category is somewhat underserved here in the desert,” said Darren Pitts, Executive Vice President at Velocity Retail Group. “We are looking for additional locations in several trade areas throughout the Valley.”

The new 6,336 square foot restaurant is situated at the main entrance to the shopping center with direct exposure to Scottsdale Road.  Initially the restaurant will be open Monday through Saturdays for dinner and will expand hours in the coming weeks to include lunch and Sunday’s.
