3 New Vice-Presidents Named at Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix

PHOENIX, Arizona – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced three new vice-presidents: Josh Sciotto, vice president in Capital Markets, Josh Tammen vice president in Hospitalisty Division and Paul Bay vice president in Multi Housing Division.

Josh Sciotto has been named vice president capital markets by Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. Previously a director of capital markets and with the firm since 2012, Sciotto specializes in loan origination and financing and operates out of the Phoenix office.

Joshua Tammen has been named vice president investments. Previously a senior associate, Tammen specializes in hospitality property investment sales, is a director of the firm’s Hospitality Division and operates out of the Phoenix office.

Paul Bay has been named vice president investments. Previously a senior associate, Bay specializes in multifamily property investment sales, is a director of the firm’s Multi Housing Division and operates out of the Phoenix office.
