Patrick Cox, CEO), purchased the former Coxco Fuel station at 7201 North Oracle Road, Tucson at the northwest corner of Ina and Oracle for $582,500 ($29 PSF) for land value. The property consists of a 500-square-foot building and 20,069-square-feet of land.

The property is to be redeveloped as a 3,500-square-foot Bedmart store.
