Phoenix Lease Report July 15-19, 2019

The Phoenix lease report highlights a ground lease by Panera Bread handled by Colliers International and Echelon Realty Advisors.

The following leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for Phoenix between July 15 thru 19, 2019.

RETAIL – GILBERT GATEWAY TOWNE CENTER, 5016 S POWER RD., MESA
Brian Woods of Colliers International represented Vestar, the landlord, on a fifteen year ground lease with Panera Bread at Gilbert Gateway Towne Center, 5016 S. Power Road, Pad G, Mesa, AZ, 85212 for a 43,289–square-foot pad.  The tenant was represented by Chip Thor of Echelon Realty Advisors.  Signed in June 2019.

RETAIL – 5044 W CACTUS RD., GLENDALE
A lease for 7,000-square-feet in Cactus Corner to Family Involvement Center, Inc. was recently consummated. The location of the property is 5044 W. Cactus Rd. in Glendale, AZ. Kevin Roessler of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Tenant on this transaction

RETAIL – VIA LINDA CROSSROADS, 9015 E VIA LINDA. SCOTTSDALE
A lease for 3,550-square-feet in Via Linda Crossroads to Club Champion Golf Club Fitters was recently consummated. The location of the property is 9015 E. Via Linda, in Scottsdale, AZ. The owner of the center is Ocean Breee-Dawn, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the Landlord and Max Bippus of CBRE represented the Tenant on this transaction. This will be Club Champion’s Flagship first location in AZ, they currently operate more than 50 locations across the USA.

RETAIL –  NORTH MARKETPLACE, 31319 N SCOTTSDALE RD., SCOTTSDALE
Brian Woods of Colliers International represented Pet Supplies Plus in a ten year lease at Scottsdale North Marketplace, 31319 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 125, Scottsdale, AZ, 85266 for 3,200-square-feet.  Landlord is Cordes Consulting, LLC. Signed in July 2019.

RETAIL – UNIVERSITY 101 SHOPS. 2155 E UNIVERSITY DR., TEMPE
A lease for 3,000-square-feet in University 101 Shops to Lower Gear Backpacking Center was recently consummated. The location of the property is 2155 E University Dr in Tempe, AZ. The owner of the center is 2155 E. University, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Landlord and the Tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – 250 E BASELINE RD., MESA
A lease for 2,136-square-feet at the NEC of Baseline & Country Club to Hoang Tran was recently consummated. The location of the property is the 350 E Baseline Road in Mesa, AZ. Hoang Tran purchased the Award Nail Salon, and currently operates only one location. The owner of the center is CFT NV Developments, LLC. The location of the property is north of the northwest corner of Bell Road and 51st Ave in Glendale, AZ. RETAIL – 2340 W BETHANY HOME RD., PHOENIX
A lease for 1,544-square-feet in Bethany Marketplace to First Rate Staffing was recently consummated. The location of the property is 2340 W. Bethany Home Rd in Phoenix, AZ. The owner of the center is Presson PV, LLC. RETAIL – OLD TOWN SCOTTSDALE – 4020 N SCOTTSDALE RD., SCOTTSDALE
LevRose Commercial Real Estate, a leading Arizona-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced recently that Jersey Mike’s leased a 1,418-square-foot space in Old Town Scottsdale at 4020 N. Scottsdale Road. LevRose Commercial Real Estate’s Danielle Davis represented the landlord during the lease transaction. Mike Leonard of Catalyst Commercial Group represented submarine sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s, the newest tenant joining 4020 N. Scottsdale Road.

A lease for 1,470-square-feet in Arrowhead Vista Shopping Center to Glow Beauty & Body, LLC was recently consummated. The location of the property is north of the northwest corner of Bell Road and 51st Ave in Glendale, AZ.
