BirdieVee Coffee

Tucson, Arizona (March 4, 2026) – Tucson’s largest commercial office building announces BirdieVee Coffee has opened in the Tower’s lobby.

BirdieVee Coffee is open Monday – Friday, 7 am to 3 pm. There are dedicated parking spots for neighborhood coffee customers on the south-facing parking deck. Expect signature coffees, cold brew, tea, smoothies, and assorted morning and midday indulgences featuring dirty sodas, pastries, bagels, fresh-baked cookies, popcorn, and candy. Coffee beans are locally sourced from Yellow Brick Coffee, and baked goods are provided by Desert in Bloom Bakes in Sahuarita.

Shannon Fina and Vanessa Rodriguez, two Sahuaro High School best friends, went on to embark upon separate careers. Years later, they’ve joined forces to create this new coffee counter. “Vanessa and I are excited to welcome everyone into our cozy little hub—a happy spot in the heart of the 5151 Tower lobby. We can’t wait to serve our delicious coffees, quick bites, and all the sweet and savory treats we dream up to make your day a little brighter”, said Fina.

Kent Circle Partners, the building’s ownership, contributed $5,151 to the Tucson Jazz Institute as part of the 5151 Tower’s 50th anniversary. For over a decade, 5151 has supported initiatives that provide scholarships and opportunities to students at TJI.
