PHOENIX – February 27, 2025 – Vero Capital announced that it has completed the construction of five spec suites at INISIO at Kierland, a two-building, 240,436-square-foot office campus located at 16430 N. Scottdale Road and 16260 N. 71st in Scottsdale, Arizona. Additionally, the firm has started construction on the next phase of renovations at the property. INISIO at Kierland is owned by affiliates of Vero.
Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate services firm offering an integrated platform of services, is responsible for managing, leasing, and overseeing the construction of the renovation, which has entered its next phase that includes state-of-the-art amenities designed to inspire and enhance the tenant experience in the North Scottsdale submarket. Willmeng Construction is handling the construction of the renovation.
The spec suites, ranging from 4,000 to 8,000 square feet, offer immediate occupancy and provide flexible, move-in-ready solutions for tenants seeking premium office spaces in a dynamic and evolving market. These suites are designed to accommodate a wide range of tenant needs while reflecting the property’s commitment to excellence and innovation. Demonstrating strong demand for these spaces, residential real estate brokerage firm The Agency recently signed a 5,000-square-foot lease in Kierland II.
The new renovations at INISIO are focused on creating a tenant-centered experience with an emphasis on wellness, collaboration, and community. Highlights of this next phase, which is scheduled for include:
