PHOENIX, AZ – ABI Multifamily, the leading multifamily brokerage and advisory services firm in the Western U.S., has added two new brokers to the Phoenix team. Tyler Bruggman and Bryce Neagle joined the Phoenix office of ABI in February.

“After a roller coaster year in the multifamily industry, Phoenix has emerged stronger than ever” says ABI Senior Managing Partner, John Kobierowski. “We are extremely fortunate to be welcoming Tyler and Bryce to the ABI family. The demand for multifamily is even higher in 2021 than it was in 2020, and we are always on the lookout for talented brokers like these two to strengthen the team.”

Bruggman is a native Phoenician and a graduate of Brophy College Preparatory who earned his degree in business marketing from Montana State University. He brings a unique cultural and business perspective gained from his experience playing professional football for the Mödling Rangers Football Club in Vienna, Austria after playing as a Division I football quarterback at MSU.

While working towards his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Tyler established himself in the real estate industry at MRW Homes Realty where he represented a wide array of both buyers and sellers of residential properties throughout the country, including NFL athletes. Tyler grew his business to be the top performing broker of the firm. In 2020, he joined the ABI Multifamily to expand his single-family success into the multifamily commercial real estate industry, bringing with him a strong work ethic, strategic decision-making skills, and a diverse range of professional experience as an analyst, broker, and multifamily property owner.

An associate at ABI Multifamily, Bryce Neagle began his career in the research division at ABI as an analyst, where he gained valuable insights into the multifamily sector of the Phoenix market. Bryce quickly became well-versed in Phoenix metro’s various submarkets, as well as their respective rental and occupancy rate trends, demographics, major employment corridors, and ongoing developments.

In May 2020, Neagle graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Following graduation, he transitioned to the brokerage side of commercial real estate as an associate at ABI Multifamily in January of 2021, where he joined the Private Asset Team (PAT) working together with Dallin Hammond, Mitchell Drake, and Carson Griesemer.

Combining his research experience with his degree in communications, Neagle assists clients by providing local market knowledge to enable them to effectively market their assets for sale, as well as target acquisition opportunities.
