Arizona College Campus in Mesa Sold to California Investor Fully Remodeled Campus Offers Long-Term Quality Tenancy

Phoenix, (January 13, 2026) – The Mesa campus of Arizona College, located at 163 S. Dobson Rd., has been sold to a California-based investor. The fully remodeled campus has been 100 percent occupied by the medical training institution since 2012.

“Having just extended the term, this property is among the most stable and well-maintained assets in the market,” said Mindy Korth, executive vice president at Colliers in Arizona. “Arizona College’s long-standing presence and recent seven-year renewal with annual rental increases ensure continuity, while the 2022 campus renovation positions the asset for minimal upkeep and sustained tenant appeal.”

Korth, Todd Noel, and Kyle Campbell of Colliers handled both this transaction and the previous sale to the current seller. Learning Realty Partners of Carson City, NV, sold the campus to Deerwood Retail Opportunities of Santa Ana, CA.
