Jesse Wyatt purchased the property located at 4460 E. Pima Street, consisting of an approximately 978-square-foot office/retail building on 17,559-square-feet of land, from Virginia N. Green.  The property commanded a price of $122,000 ($125 PSF).

The buyer plans to occupy the property doing business as Arizona Defense Supply as its first brick and mortar retail outlet. Prior to this the company had been an online only business offering tactical gear and equipment.
