RETAIL – 8322 E McDOWELL RD., SCOTTSDALE
Rommie Mojahed and Mary Nollenberger (Ridberg) has leased 3,712-square-feet at 8322 E. McDowell Road in Scottsdale.  The tenants have leased 3 suites at McDowell Village. The landlord, SPK Investments, LLC. were represented by Sperry Van Ness in Phoenix and the tenant was represented by MEB Commercial Management.

RETAIL – MESA DEL SOL, YUMA
Rommie Mojahed and Mary Nollenberger (Ridberg) has leased a 2,100-square-feet freestanding building at Mesa Del Sol in Yuma. The tenant, Frank Hulme DDS with Fortuna Dental Care, LLC has leased the building from the landlords, Tammy Steward and Mark Benach with AT Pancrazi RE Services, Inc.  Sperry Van Ness, LLC. represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 4206 E. CHANDLER BLVD., PHOENIX
Shari A. Tucker-Gasser has leased 1,972-square-feet for a general dentistry business at 4206 E. Chandler Blvd. in Phoenix. The landlord, Mountain Park Square was represented by Sperry Van Ness and the buyer was represented by Arcadia Management in Scottsdale.

RETAIL – 3757 S. GILBERT BLVD., PHOENIX
Brian & Tom Woods- Colliers represented Vestar Development on a 10-year lease with Sobas at Crossroads Towne Center, 3757 S. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, AZ, 85234, for 1,890-square-feet. Keyser, Geoff Lang and Chris Ray, represented the Tenant.  Signed in 4th Q 2015.

RETAIL – 855 W. UNIVERSITY DR., MESA
Beau Flahart has leased 900-square-feet at Continental Plaza to Kenneth Shaw with Next Wave Tattoos and Piercings.  The property is located at 855 W. University Dr. in Mesa. Flahart with Sperry Van Ness, LLC in Phoenix represented the landlord, California Asset Portfolio, Inc. in the 5-year lease transaction.

RETAIL – 51st AVE and ORANGEWOOD, GLENDALE
A lease for 800-square-feet in Palms Plaza to Boost Mobile was recently consummated. The location of the property is 51st Ave & Orangewood in Glendale, AZ. The owner of the center is RMM Orangewood Retail, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Owner and Kevin Roessler of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Tenant.

Veteran Affairs Leases Medical Office in North Central Phoenix

15th Ave Camelback AerialPHOENIX, AZ – Colliers International in Greater Phoenix recently assisted the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in the lease of a 29,312-square foot, Class B medical office in the Camelback Medical Plaza in Phoenix.

The Phoenix VA leased the property, located at 5040 N. 15th Avenue, from CHP Camelback Medical LLC/Elevation Companies of Denver.

Colliers International Associate Vice President Matt Fitz-Gerald served as consultant for the landlord. Colliers colleagues Michael Dupuy and Fletcher Perry, associate vice presidents, and Sean Westfall, associate, represented the landlord. Marc Holmes and Tom Foster of CHP Camelback Medical, LLC/Elevation Companies, LLC led the effort for the building ownership group.

“The space, when fully operational, is expected to provide primary care, mental health and ancillary services—phlebotomy, nutrition, pharmacy and social work—to some 15,600 veterans,” said VA spokesperson Jean Schaefer.

The lead designer for the new space is triARC Architecture & Design.

Establishing clinical space at Camelback Medical Plaza, built in 1981 and remodelled in 2014, addresses an identified space deficiency at the Carl T. Hayden VAMC on Indian School Road.

“We are excited about the opportunity to provide the VA with this new space to care for our veterans.  This has been a rewarding experience to work with the VA’s contract coordinator Ashley Velasquez in securing new clinic space for veterans,” said Foster, Manager, with CHP Camelback Medical, LLC/Elevation Companies, LLC.
