Riley’s Irish Tavern
Riley’s Irish Tavern at 5140 N La Cholla Blvd in Tucson sold to its tenant, Joseph Macuszonok and Diane Riley of Tucson for[mepr-show rules=”58038″]$390,000 ($108 PSF). The seller, NITA Ruth’s, LLC of Tucson (Neill Freeman III) was unable to be reached. The buyers will continue to occupy it as an owner user dba Riley’s Irish Tavern.

Riley’s is on a 1.44 acre lot offers a European road house type atmosphere complete with horseshoe pits. The new owners operated the business as tenants prior to the sale. The property has been a restaurant / tavern for a very long time. We were unable to determine, the length of time the buyers operated it as tenants.

Marana Feed Supply at 9643 N Casa Grande Highway in Marana, in the Northwest submarket of Tucson sold to its tenant, Alphonse and Teressa Chicago of Marana for $250,000 ($177 PSF). The seller was the Jimmy and Linda Galyan Family Trust. The business had been owned and operated by the buyer prior to sale and will continue to be occupied dba Marana Feed Supply.

The 1,410 sq. ft. metal building is on a 1.02 acre fenced lot with outside structures and located on the west side of Casa Grande Hwy north of Linda Vista.

Main Avenue in Tucson, from Main Avenue Ventures, LLC.  Paul Hooker, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, handled the transaction.

RETAIL SPACE – 4811 E GRANT RD, STE 141, TUCSON
Amy’s Hallmark will reopened their 4,418 sq.ft. space at Crossroads Festival, located on the northeast corner of Grant Rd. and Swan Rd in Tucson. Amy’s specializes in the sale of greeting cards, party supplies, gift wrap and related products and services. Los Betos is a Mexican style fast food restaurant and leased the space formerly occupied by Big Juan’s Tacos Y Burros, also a Mexican food restaurant. Ella 6 Salon leased 1,210 sq. ft. at Craycroft Plaza, 5460 E Speedway Blvd. Ste 102 in Tucson. Craycroft Plaza is located on the southwest corner of Speedway Blvd and Craycroft Road. Ella 6 Salon is a full service men and womens’ hair salon that also sells related products and services. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal, represented the landlord, Larsen Baker.

Tucson-based, Internet service provider DakotaCom.Net (Bill Bosmeny, manager) through an affiliate, AZ Central Point East, LLC, purchased the building at 4003 E Speedway Blvd in Tucson for[mepr-show rules=”58038″]$1.55 million ($108 PSF). The 14,400 sq. ft. building was built in 1986 on 1.2 acres where DakotaCom.Net occupied a portion along with two other tenants for several years.

DakotaCom.Net was founded in 1995 and merged in 2005 with ultraSW.com. Bosmeny has since owned and managed the union of the two companies. Bosmeny, a Tucson resident since 1983, founded ultraSW.com as a local Internet provider in 1999, to provide quality Internet solutions at reasonable prices. The acquisition of DakotaPro.biz in 1995 furthered Bill’s passion to reshape the Internet business here in Southern Arizona. Bosmeny says, “We need to delight our customers every day with the speed and quality of our service, all while never losing our human touch.”
