A lease for 4,510-square-feet in Higley Pavilions Shopping Center to Caddie Shack Golf, LLC was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 4588 S Higley Rd. in Gilbert, AZ.  The owner of the property is Schuchardt Properties, LLC.  Jake Ertle and Nic Chavira of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and the tenant.

RETAIL – 15 E MONROE ST., PHOENIX
A lease for 3,205-square-feet within The Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Phoenix to Nanaya Japanese Kitchen was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 15 E. Monroe Street in Phoenix, AZ.  The owner of the Property is CSM Phoenix Downtown, LLC.  This will be Nanaya’s 4rd location, they purchased 7341 E. 6th Ave restaurant building and plan on calling that restaurant J-Town and currently operate Nananya at 36th St & Indian School in Phoenix.  Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the Tenant on this transaction.
