Keefe Group, LLC expanded their current warehouse/ distributions space with the lease of an additional 30,000-square-feet of industrial space located at Century Park, 6992 East Century Park Drive, from Century Park Properties, LLC. RETAIL – 3820 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON
Goode Deals LLC, leased 12,116-square-feet at 3820 N. Oracle Road from 3838 Oracle Plaza Joint Ventures LLC.  The landlord was represented by Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors. Rick Borane of VOLK Company represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 149 N STONE AVE., TUCSON
Tucson Co Working LLC dba Common Workspaces in its lease of 8,420-square-feet from the City of Tucson at 149 N. Stone Ave, where the tenant is operating a new co-working concept.  Ms. Bogen is also handling the leasing of the individual offices and resident desks. Aya Mohammed and Baraa Hashim leased 4,400-square-feet at 1535 N. Stone where the tenant plans on opening a Middle Eastern Concept restaurant. Leah Bogen, Volk Company, represented the landlord, Vicente Sanchez Martinez and Marita Gomez Sanchez.

Version Wireless LLC leased 2,366-square-feet in a pad building in the front of El Con Mall, bringing the 800,000 square foot shopping center to 100% occupancy. The landlord is TKG El Con Center LLC. Brenna Lacey, Kevin Volk and Jeramy Price of VOLK Company handled the lease.

RETAIL – CAMPBELL VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER, TUCSON
El Jefe Cat Lounge LLC in its lease of 2,164-square-feet from Foothills Business Ventures LLC in the Campbell Village Shopping Center, where the tenant will be opening Tucson’s first experiential cat lounge.  Chris Tsighis of Coldwell Banker represented the landlord. .  Leah Bogen Volk Company, represented the tenant.

RETAIL – VISTOSO PLAZA, TUCSON
OV Vapescape the leased 1,400-square-feet in the Safeway anchored Vistosa Plaza at Tangerine and Rancho Vistoso Boulevard, bringing the project to 100% occupancy. Jeramy Price and Kevin Volk of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Vistoso Opco LLC.

Winn Me, LLC has leased 1,334-square-feet at 2960 N. Endozona, PLLC leased 1,172-sqaure-feet at 5717 E. 5th Street, from JBGST Trust.  Bruce Suppes of CBRE represented the Tenant and Lori Casey and Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the Landlord in the transaction.  Dr. Justin Batz, Endodontist, leased the 1,172 SF space.

RETAIL – CONTINENTAL PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER, TUCSON
Holistic Quest LLC leased 1,140-square-feet in the Continental Plaza Shopping Center in Green Valley , where the tenant plans to open its fourth Your CBD store.  The tenant was represented by Jeramy Price of Volk Company. Along with Kevin Volk of Volk Company, Leah Bogen represented the landlord, Continental Green Valley Associates, LLC.

RETAIL – 4016 N 1st AVE., TUCSON
Franchisee Sean-Jacob Company, LLC, dba The Dapper Doughnut, signed a lease at Shoppes at 1st & Roger for a 1,040-square-foot space located at the 4016 N. 1st Avenue, Suite 180, at the northeast corner of 1st Avenue and Roger Road. The Dapper Doughnut is known for its gourmet toppings, an extended beverage line, and soft serve frozen desserts. This is the Franchisee’s first store and The Dapper Doughnut’s first store in Arizona.
