Ina Road at the northwest corner of Ina Road and Shannon Road and is expected to open early this summer. Morsco Supply Co. leased a 20,485-square-foot Industrial space located at 4000 East Columbus Street from JSL Properties, LLC. Tim Healy of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the landlord and Chris McClurg of Lee and Associates represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 497 W AUTO MALL DR., TUCSON
David’s Bridal, Inc. leased 10,000-square-feet at 497 W. Auto Mall Drive at Oracle Road, across the street from Tucson Mall. The wedding apparel and accessory company intends on upgrades to feature its new store look and branding in its only store in the Tucson market.
