Highlighted this week is a 20,000-square-foot industrial space leased to Crossdocking and Warehouse Systems in Nogales, AZ for expansion to 75,000-square-feet that was handled by Jose Dabdoub of Cushman Wakefield | PICOR.

Crossdocking and Warehouse Systems, Inc. expanded their lease space with Nogales Property Management an additional 20,000-square-feet, totaling 75,000-square-feet of industrial warehouse space, located at 2050 Smokey Lane in Nogales, AZ.  Jose Dabdoub, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 4650 S BUTTERIELD DR., TUCSON
Boeckeler Instruments, Inc. renewed and expanded their lease with Brey Holdings, LLC for 15,000-square-feet of industrial space located in Butterfield Business Park, 4650 S. RETAIL – 3758 E FRY BLVD., SIERRA VISTA
Spirit Halloween Superstores, LLC leased 9,029-square-feet of retail space in Sierra Vista, AZ., from Ronald R. Saccani.  Spirit Halloween, a specialty retail store and supplier of Halloween decorations, costumes, props and accessories, will be located at 3758 E. Title Security Agency, LLC renewed their lease with Continental Green Valley Associates, LLC for 3,334-square-feet of office space located in Continental Plaza, 190 W. Sonoran Land Resources leased 2,100-square-feet of office space from L.L.J. Holdings, LLLP, located in La Officina, 8750 E. This week’s Phoenix Lease Report this week highlights leases as reported by Rein & Grossoehme.

The following leases were conveyed to the Real Estate Daily News for Phoenix between October 26 thru October 30, 2020.

A 21,650-square-foot industrial lease to Poolman was recently consummated. The location of the property is 2939 W Culver St in Phoenix, AZ 85009. Poolman is one of the largest commercial pool service companies in the United States. The owner of the property is Harrison Properties.  Max Schumacher of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 3345 WEST GREENWAY ROAD, PHOENIX
A lease for 2,730-square-feet within Greenway Village Square to SpiceSea Cajun Asian was recently consummated. The location of the property is 3345 W. Greenway Road in Phoenix, AZ.
