Avanti Purchases second largest acreage deal in Vail area of Tucson, AZ
Tucson, ARIZONA (November 8, 2024) — Desert Vistas (Tucson) SPV, LLC ( Avanti Properties Group of Florida) recently closed on approximately 399 acres near SR 83 and Interstate 10 for $4.5 million ($11,306 per acre). The land was purchased from the Khan Family of Tucson.
The property is located strategically along Interstate 10 and has convenient access to Tucson’s largest employers. It is also within the award-winning Vail School District. The property will be held for investment.
This is Avanti’s second purchase in the Tucson area in the past 48 months. Mark Voigt and David Rogers, with Voyager Properties out of Phoenix, are planning and managing the Avanti projects. Currently, the group is working on approving and developing 616 lots known as Ocotillo Ridge in southeast Tucson’s Santa Rita Foothills area.
Will White and John Carroll of Land Advisors Organization in Tucson handled the transactions and are handling the marketing assignment for this new property and the Ocotillo Ridge project.
