Berkadia Arranges Sale and Financing of 423-Site Silverview RV Resort in Bullhead City

TUCSON, AZ (April 1, 2026) — Berkadia Manufactured Housing announced the sale and financing of Silverview RV Resort, a 423-site RV resort at 1600 Silver Creek Road in Bullhead City, Arizona.

Berkadia’s Manufactured Housing Investment Sales team represented the seller, New York-based Castle Park Investments, in the transaction. The team included Director Hunter LaRocca, Senior Managing Director Kevan Enger, Managing Director Ian Hilpl, and Director Brian Hummell.

Berkadia also arranged $8.8 million in acquisition financing for the buyer, Silverview RV Resort LLC. Managing Director Anthony Golebiewski and Associate Director Phil Noto of Berkadia’s Boston office secured the permanent loan through a regional bank. The five-year, non-recourse loan carried a 5.34 percent interest rate, with two years of interest-only payments followed by a 25-year amortization schedule.

Silverview RV Resort offers a mix of site types designed to accommodate both long-term residents and short-term guests. The property is near multiple golf courses, the Colorado River, Lake Mohave, Eldorado Canyon, and Mohave Crossroads Shopping Center.

Bullhead City, located along the Colorado River in Mohave County, sits about 97 miles south of Las Vegas and directly across the river from Laughlin, Nevada. With a population of 42,302, the city serves as both a year-round residential community and a popular tourist destination, supporting demand for RV accommodations.
