PHOENIX, ARIZ. — BOMA Greater Phoenix, the industry group that advances the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, influence, and knowledge, elected its 2021 officers and board members.

Michael Chadwick, Bridge Commercial Real Estate, was elected President. He is joined by Vice President Melissa Scott, ASU Research Park; Patti Brown, Ryan Companies US, Secretary/Treasurer; and Monica Andreas, Interstate Restoration, Allied Chair.

“I am truly honored to be elected president of BOMA Greater Phoenix for 2021,” Chadwick said. “I’d like to thank my predecessor Robert Vincent of Cordia Capital Management for bestowing on me such a healthy and vibrant organization.”

Board members for 2021: Rebecca Angle, RW Partners LLC; Jerome Joseph, Brightview; Michael Caratachea, Titan Restoration of Arizona; Monica Greenman, Transwestern; Suzanne Logan, Restoration Management Company; Greg Pender, Highland Commercial Roofing; Daniel Porter, Paragon Services LLC; Katheryn Rhinehart, Davis Southwest; Michael Scott, Rose Paving, LLC; and Jennifer Weiner, ViaWest Group. The board will elect its governor.

BOMA Greater Phoenix wraps up the year Dec. 9 as it honors its top volunteers for their efforts in 2020. It will be a virtual event for the first time. The board vote was administered online in conjunction with BOMA’s virtual October industry luncheon.
