TUCSON, ARIZONA (July 8, 2026) — Brandon Investments LLC purchased 51,786 square feet of industrial space at 6701 S. Midvale Park Road in Tucson from 6701 S. Midvale Park LLC for $5,550,000.

The property is located in the Midvale Park Commerce Center II subdivision in Tucson’s west submarket. The sale equates to approximately $107 per square foot. The industrial property sits on about 7.24 acres and includes two buildings, dock-high and grade-level loading, 30-foot clear height, fenced and gated yard area, and on-site parking.

Brandon Investments LLC is managed by Christopher Grace, with an address in Scottsdale. The seller, 6701 S. Midvale Park LLC, is managed by James A. Romanoski of Tucson.
