MESA, Arizona – Located on Main and 48th Street, Main Street Plaza sold for $2.5 million ($78 PSF) – 98% of asking price. The busy Mesa retail strip center is situated along Main Street, giving it excellent visibility and exposure. Noteworthy retailers and restaurants lie just to the west of the center, including Fry’s Marketplace, Dollar Tree, Chase Bank, Baskin-Robbins, AutoZone, Taco Bell and Circle K.

The property was 78% occupied at close of escrow. The center consists of mom and pop tenants with the majority being at the center for years.”
