TUCSON, Arizona -- Buzz Isaacson has been an independent broker for the majority of his 35-year career in commercial real estate and recently reactivated Buzz Isaacson Realty LLC, purchasing a 650-square-foot office condo at 2200 E River Road., Suite 108 in Tucson for $125,000 ($192 PSF) as office space. Located in the Rio Cancion Townhomes and Professional Center, southwest of Camino Real and River Road.

Buzz told us the focus of the company will be on “occupiers of office space”. They represent landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers looking to occupy space and provide them space planning.

Anne Lewis and Alexandra “Alex” Hardie have joined him at Buzz Isaacson Realty also from CBRE where they worked as a 3-person team previously.

Alex has been in the real estate industry in Tucson for over 14 years and is involved in all aspects of landlord representation, tenant representation and commercial property sales.

Anne provides conceptual space planning, finish selection, and property marketing. It was Anne who had designed the office space for the seller of the office condominium, Caroline Auza, a designer for condominium conversions.

Buzz closed Buzz Isaacson Realty nine years ago to move over to CBRE. He says he enjoyed the whole experience at there, however, working as an independent offers a personal work style and certain freedom that he came to miss.

Bruce Suppes with CBRE in Tucson represented the seller on the condominium transaction and Buzz was self- represented.
