Cali Investors Close on Net Leased Office Building in Marana for $1.08 Million
TUCSON, Arizona – The fully leased office / retail building at 3601 W Cortaro Farms Road in Northwest Tucson sold for $1,082,193 ($200 PSF). The seller, Red Point Development constructed the building in 2006 and fully leased, the professional office building to two medical-related tenants: Delio Orthodontics, Dr Delio, DSS and BodyCentral Physical Therapy.
Both tenants are long-term in this 5,400-square-foot building located on .84 acres southeast of Thornydale Road with excellent parking, signage and visibility. It is also adjacent to Cortaro Dental Care, Dr. Daniel Kotke, DDS.
The investor is a private trust, The Alhassani Family Trust, out of Riverside, California.
