Tucson, AZ. (January 15, 2025)  – Larsen Baker, through its affiliate Campbell Hedrick Associate Developers, LLC, has acquired the former Fabrics That Go building located on Campbell, south of Fort Lowell, at 3105 N Campbell Ave., Tucson, Arizona, for $1,600,000 ($44 PSF) for the 36,258 square feet of C-1 land.

Larsen Baker plans to redevelop the site with a new retail building for a restaurant and other high-end retail users. More information will follow.

TUCSON, AZ (January 14, 2025) — 140 Alameda, LLC (Ezekiel Gebrekidane, manager)  has purchased .39 Acres at 140 E. Alameda Street, land with parking lot stall rentals, from De La Warr Investment Corporation ( Geoffrey Shepard, President).  Located northwest of Alameda Street and 6th Avenue, between Toole Ave and Alameda, in Downtown Tucson, the parking lot sold for $1.5 million ($88.30 PSF). 

The asset closed December 23, 2024 and the buyer will continue use as a parking lot.
