TUCSON, AZ (November 19, 2024) — The former Aastro Transmission automotive repair shop at 5302 E Speedway Boulevard in Tucson sold for $750,000 ($190.79 PSF) to Richard and Helen Garrigan (Garrigan’s Auto Repair Shop). Built in 1977 and renovated in 1998, the single-story building consists of 3,931 square feet on a 15,000 SF lot. The automotive repair shop features six drive-in bays with lifts and a secured yard. Lifts and assorted automotive equipment were conveyed with the sale.
