Tucson, Arizona, (November 30, 2023) – Awesome Holdings, LLC of Tucson, purchased the 2,378 square-foot office / retail building located at 1159 N. Craycroft Rd., Tucson, AZ for $356,000 ($150 PSF).

Awesome is a subsidiary of TCR Solutions, Inc., a full-service IT and computer solutions company for Southern Arizona businesses, specializing in high quality services.  The company provides hourly “as-needed support” as well as fixed monthly pricing for partial or full IT services.  It will owner-occupy the building and has been providing IT services throughout Arizona for nearly 25 years.

Tucson’s Eastside Soon to see a New Tractor Supply

TUCSON, ARIZONA (November 21, 2023) – Cincinnati-based STNL Development bought 3.68 acres at 8535 East Speedway Blvd. in Tucson for $1.35 million ($8.90 PSF).

The lot is zoned C-1 at Speedway and Goebel, west of Camino Seco. The transaction closed on November 13, 2023.

The buyer has submitted plans to the City of Tucson for constructing a 38,900-square-foot Tractor Supply store on the site. This would be the fourth Tractor Supply store in metro Tucson and the farthest east in the Tucson metro area.

  • 1715 W Valencia Rd, Tucson
  • 7735 N Casa Grande Hwy, Tucson
  • 15884 N Oracle Rd., Oracle, AZ

NAI Handles Office Condominium Sale at Grant Professional Plaza

TUCSON, AZ (November 21, 2023) — Mesquite Building, LLC c/o Dr. Jeffrey Couchman, a pediatrician, purchased a 4,122-square-foot office condominium at Grant Professional Plaza, 5983 E. Grant Road in Tucson for $975,000 ($236.54 PSF).
