Tucson, AZ. – December 14, 2022 –Larsen Baker recently sold the remaining 2.05 acres of land at the northwest corner at Kino Parkway and Benson Highway to Split Rock Holdings, LLC.

The land sold for $1,100,000 ($12.31 PSF). The new owner intends to use the land as a used car lot.

TUCSON, Arizona, December 9, 2022 – Mattamy Homes purchased 242 SFR lots at Dove Mountain for $11,687,441 ($48,295 per platted lot) in the Saguaro Reserve subdivision.

Lot sizes are a mixture of 45’, 55’ and 65’ wide lots. The transactions closed December 2, 2022.

“Mattamy Homes made another major commitment to building at Dove Mountain,” said Carson Mehl with Cottonwood Properties.  “The Dove Mountain resort community is where Mattamy chose to build their first homes within the United States and it continues to be a great place for their continued investment.”

Tucson, AZ. – December 9, 2022 –Larsen Baker is pleased to announce the sale of the medical office building at 5225 E Knight Dr #101. Located on the Tucson Medical Center medical park south of Grant across from the hospital, the one-story 2,280-sqaure-foot building sold for $355,000 ($156 PSF). This transaction closed December 7, 2022.

The buyer purchased the building as an owner user and plans to occupy the entire building.
