Portion of Entrada del Oro, Oro Valley Sells for $4.2 Million

ORO VALLEY, ARIZ. – VOLK Company agents Rick Borane and Terry Dahlstrom handled the sale of a portion of the Entrada del Oro shopping center at Oracle and Magee  including approximately 14,336 square feet of building improvements located at 7861 and 7871 North Oracle Road, from The Wright-Pantano LLC (Bruce Wright, Manager) to Oracle & Magee LLC, an affiliate of Town West Realty (Toby Horvath, Manager).

The asset sold for $4.2 million ($293 PSF) fully leased and occupied by O’Reilly Auto Parts and a Sleep Solutions Outlet.

KB Home Plans New Subdivision, Vista Del Oro, in NW Tucson

TUCSON, ARIZONA – KB Home Tucson is planning a new subdivision, Vista Del Oro, located northwest of Overton and La Cholla where the home builder has assembled 51 acres of raw land for $5.17 million ($101,372 per acre).

The land is in the county and zoned CR-5.  The property sold as raw land, with a reported tentative plat for 139 lots of 50’and 40’x120′ lot sizes.
