Three new businesses come to Two Oracle in Tucson

Tucson, AZ – Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that it has leased three more spaces at Two Oracle, located on Oracle Rd just north of Ina. Two Oracle is a 60,000-square- foot adaptive re-use project at 7315 N Oracle Road in Oro Valley, in the process of being repositioned for restaurants, retail, fitness and office. The investment is a joint venture between Larsen Baker and Volk Company. Phase I of construction is complete and the Project is 80% pre-leased.

The three leases are:

  • Precision Microblading, 7315 N Oracle Rd, suite 204, 1,456-sqaure-feet. The space will be used for services of micro blading, micro blading instruction and eyelash extensions. Probable open date is July 1st, 2021
  • Tiltify, 7315 N Oracle Rd, Suite 203, 1,639-square-feet, Michael Coretz represented the tenant.The space will be used for general office and administrative operations for tech sales and support.
  • Jersey Mike’s, 7315 N oracle Rd, Suite 108, 1,260-square-feet, Ben Craney with NAI Horizon represented the tenant. This brings Tucson’s total Jersey Mike location count to 13. Probable open date is April 1st, 2021.

CBRE represents tenant, Jumping Cholla Tucson, LLC dba Defy Tucson in lease of 41,513-square-foot location in Northmall Centre

Tucson, Arizona – Jumping Cholla Tucson, LLC, dba Defy Tucson (affiliated with Circus Trix) leased a 41,513-square-foot retail space in Northmall Centre, on the northwest corner of Stone Avenue and River Road, 4861 North Stone Avenue, from Brixmor Holdings 1 SPE, LLC. Nancy McClure of CBRE’s Tucson Office and Nena Mass and Nathalie Mondane of CBRE’s Chicago Office represented the tenant. The landlord, Brixmor Holdings 1 SPE, LLC, was self-represented (Brixmor: “BRX” listed on NYSE).

Defy Tucson is planning an indoor entertainment and trampoline park in the former JC Penney Home Store space. This state-of-the-art indoor recreation park will offer a wide variety of innovative attractions — including ninja obstacle courses, zip line, euro trampolines, stunt fall, large freestyle course, trampoline dodgeball, trapeze, traveling rings, and more.The anticipated opening is in the 2nd quarter of 2019. Other tenants in the center include: Stein Mart, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Tuesday Morning, Dollar Tree, CareMore, Scordatos Pizzeria, Taco Tote, and more. This development is repurposing the larger former department store into an activity center for families, young to old, corporate team building groups, and many more to enjoy time together.

Former Tucson Golfsmith leased for New D-Bat Facility

4439 N Oracle Rd, Tucson

TUCSON, Arizona — GVD Commercial Properties, Inc. leased the 21,510-square-foot former Golfsmith space at 4439 North Oracle Road to Base Hits Tucson Inc.

The tenant plans to open a D-Bat facility offering batting cages and personal training for baseball and softball, including developmental youth camps and private lessons, as well as equipment, and apparel. D-Bats has over 50 locations in 14 states.

This will be the first D-Bat facility in Tucson; other Arizona locations are in Mesa and Peoria.

The space is located at the northwest corner of Oracle and Wetmore and across from the Tucson Mall. Other tenants in the shopping center include Ross, Pier 1, and Longhorn Steakhouse.
