Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona renewed their lease for a new 16,000-square-foot store to be constructed at 22nd and Kolb Road. Goodwill has been occupying 12,000-square-feet at the center. Barker Morrissey was awarded the contract as general contractor on the new structure.
