TUCSON, AZ (April 20, 2026) — A total of 34,321 square feet of new industrial and office space was reported leased in the Tucson market for the week of April 13–17, 2026, including 31,183 square feet in new leases and 3,138 square feet in renewals. Industrial and flex users led the week with 28,245 square feet of new activity, while office leasing accounted for 2,938 square feet of new deals. The largest industrial lease was Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC at 12,083 square feet at Broadbent Business Center, while the top office lease was Lexington DDD Services, LLC at 5,276 square feet at Wilmot Professional Plaza. Renewals were limited to office space this week, led by SGS North America Inc. with 3,138 square feet at North Tucson Business Center.
