Cavender’s Opens New Store at The Spectrum in Tucson

TUCSON, Ariz. (August 20, 2025)— Cavender’s, the family-owned western wear retailer, has officially opened its new store in the former Party City space at The Spectrum in Tucson, bringing its signature mix of boots, hats, apparel, and accessories to Southern Arizona shoppers.

Ben Craney and Jayme Fabe with NAI Horizon represented the landlord in the lease transaction.

Founded in 1965, Cavender’s has grown into one of the most recognized names in western lifestyle retail, with more than 90 stores nationwide. The new Tucson store expands Cavender’s presence in the Southwest and features a complete selection of western boots, work boots, cowboy hats, apparel, and accessories for men, women, and children.

The Tucson opening will include special promotions and giveaways during the first weeks of operation. Cavender’s is now open at The Spectrum shopping center, 5367 S. Calle Santa Cruz, Tucson, AZ 85706.

More Expansion Ahead
Cavender’s continues to grow in Tucson. The company is currently completing the build-out of a second store at the former Walgreens property it purchased at Oracle Road and Wetmore Road, with an opening planned for the very near future.
