Phoenix, Arizona – CBRE announced the hiring of Spencer Nast as Vice President to join its market-leading office leasing division in Phoenix. He will be partnering with Bryan Taute and Charlie von Arentschildt.

Mr. Nast joins CBRE from Lee & Associates.
With more than eight years of experience, Mr. Nast, is among the fastest-rising professionals in the industry. After graduating from Arizona State University, he joined Lee & Associates in 2014 working with the firm’s office sales and leasing team. While at Lee & Associates, Mr. Nast specialized in the representation of landlords and tenants in the Metropolitan Phoenix market. He was the firm’s youngest principal at the Phoenix office.
