PHOENIX, Arizona – CBRE has arranged a 10-year lease for Cascade Windows, a window manufacturer, at the Durango Commerce Center, located at 2225 S. 75th Avenue in Phoenix.
John Grady, Cooper Fratt and Jackie Orcutt with CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the tenant, Cascade Windows of Spokane, Wash., in the transaction. Pat Harlan, Steve Sayre and Kyle Westfall with JLL represented the landlord, Dallas-based Clarion Partners.
The 568,000-square-foot property is a Class A industrial warehouse facility built in 2007. The 155,000-square-foot lease places Cascade directly adjacent to Gap’s e-commerce distribution center, who leases the rest of the property.
“After outgrowing a manufacturing building in Tempe, Cascade Windows is now able to operate in a modern warehouse and production facility that aligns with their plans for expansion,” said CBRE’s Fratt. “The new space is located in the Southwest Valley, which allows the tenant to better serve Southern California.”
