The transaction closed on July 18, 2022.

The transaction closed on July 14, 2022.
The property in Rita Ranch Commerce Center is a total of 4.1 acres (178,596 SF). Located on Old Vail Road, west of Houghton Road and North of Interstate 10. The buyer is an investor that plans to develop the property for a client.
