Wildkitten, LLC (Mathew Stratman, DDS) purchased the property at 801 N Wilmot Road, Building D, in Tucson, AZ for[mepr-show rules=”58038″]$350,000 ($72.50 PSF). The Wilmot dental building is 4,827-square-foot, built in 1975, in the eastern portion of central Tucson. It consists of three separate dental office units where the buyer occupied Suite D-3 prior to purchase, dba: Stratman Family Dentistry, since 2004.
