Centre Point Plaza in Tucson Sold for $7.1 Million

TUCSON, ARIZONA – Vast Commercial Real Estate Solutions (Vast), a commercial real estate and investment brokerage firm, brokered the sale of a retail shopping center at 1992 East Irvington Road, Tucson, AZ 85714. Located on the southeast corner of Campbell Avenue and Irvington Road, the 46,685-square-foot retail center sold for $7.1 million ($152 PSF) on February 7, 2022.

Centre Point Plaza is a well-trafficked center, anchored by Food City and surrounded by residential and commercial development.

The Buyer, Center Point Plaza, LLC, was represented by Maha Odeh Arnold of Regal Properties, a San Diego-based real estate services company, providing professional brokerage and consulting services. Financing was provided by Wells Fargo.
