TUCSON, AZ (April 9, 2026) — Century Complete has expanded its position in Rancho Sahuarita with the purchase of 34 finished single-family lots in the Entrada Del Toro subdivision for $2.856 million, continuing builder demand for shovel-ready inventory in one of Southern Arizona’s most active master-planned communities.

The buyer, WJH Sales of AZ LLC, a Century Complete-related entity, purchased the lots from RSMC VIII LLC, an entity affiliated with Rancho Sahuarita. The March 26 transaction totaled $2.856 million, or $84,000 per lot, for 34 finished single-family lots on 3.82 acres at 892 W Calle Ronda in Sahuarita. The sale also equates to about $746,743 per acre.

Century Complete is the entry-level homebuilding brand of Century Communities and traces its Arizona presence to the former Wade Jurney Homes platform. It is tied to active homebuilding operations rather than a passive land-holding strategy.

Because the parcels are improved as finished lots, the acquisition gives Century Complete a near-term path to additional home construction instead of a longer-term land position. In the current market, finished-lot deals like this remain an important sign of builder confidence, especially in communities where infrastructure is already in place and neighborhood momentum is established.

Rancho Sahuarita continues to attract builder interest because it offers scale, amenities, and a location that appeals to buyers seeking newer housing options in the South submarket. Entrada Del Toro has been one of the active neighborhoods within the master plan, and this latest purchase suggests Century Complete is preparing for continued vertical activity there as builders replenish lot pipelines and work to meet ongoing housing demand in the greater Tucson region.
