PHOENIX, Arizona -- Knight Management, a leading commercial property management firm in Metro Phoenix for more than 40 years, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Chad Clark as regional director, business development.

Mr. Clark is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for Knight, which focuses on generating and marketing new business opportunities to the commercial office, medical, retail and industrial real estate property management community.

He brings a broad level of expertise in the real estate industry to establish and implement business development prospects with brokers, financial leaders, wealth managers, independent property owners and other referral sources.

“Chad brings innovation and creativity to the table,” says Ed Valerio, CPM, director of property management for Knight Management. He is dedicated to enhancing our business while exceeding in client expectations.”

Mr. Clark joins Knight Management after having managed the commercial real estate tax appeals division at a Phoenix-based tax consulting company.  He worked closely with brokers, real estate owners and property managers in that position.  His position relied heavily on his knowledge of capital improvements, building operations and understanding of net operating income and varying cap rates.
