Charlie von Arentschildt joins JLL’s Phoenix Capital Markets group

Senior Director von Arentschildt will focus on office investment sales and advisory assignments in Greater Phoenix and the Western U.S.

PHOENIX, (May 15, 2025) – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has expanded its Phoenix team with the hiring of Charlie von Arentschildt as a Senior Director focused on office investment sales and advisory assignments throughout the Greater Phoenix region and western United States.

“Since Brad and I were appointed in 2022 to lead the Phoenix capital markets team, it’s been a goal to add producers across the property spectrum, when the right opportunity and right people present themselves,” said Ben Geelan, Senior Managing Director and co-head of JLL’s Phoenix Capital Markets office. “Charlie is an experienced office investment sales producer that is a perfect complement to expand our team with, and we are excited to have him on board as our office continues its growth momentum.” 

Charlie von Arentschildt joins JLL from CBRE, where he was a Senior Vice President in its Capital Markets Institutional Properties team and led the Phoenix market for National Office Partners. Charlie started his career in Leasing Advisory Services where he would eventually lead the Phoenix Office Division, prior to transitioning to capital markets. During his time there, he transacted over 800 deals valued at $4.1 billion in total consideration, including some of Phoenix’s most prominent office projects such as Axis Raintree, Hayden Ferry, 100 Mill, Galleria, The Quad and Rio2100.
