Chase Bank Opens New Tucson Location on Ground-Leased Property

TUCSON, AZ (July 28, 2026) — JPMorgan Chase Bank has opened its newest branch in Tucson at 4697 S. Campbell Avenue at Missouri Street. The +/-3,120 SF branch with walk-in and drive-thru service was built on a +/- 53,239 SF parcel of land it secured on a long-term ground lease with the ground lessor, Campbell/Missouri, LLC.

Nancy McClure, Senior Vice President and Market Leader with Western Retail Advisors in Tucson, formerly with CBRE, represented Chase Bank in the transaction. The ground lessor was self-represented.

The freestanding parcel is located within Kino Gateway Center, which is anchored by Fry’s Food & Drug, Dollar Tree and Ace Hardware, among other retailers. The site is strategically positioned just south of the Mosaic Quarter sports complex, now under construction, and near the manufacturing and back-office employment hub surrounding Tucson International Airport.

The new branch reflects continued commercial investment in central Tucson, where nearby development, recreational projects and employment centers are increasing demand for convenient banking and financial services.
