Industry veteran brings 18 years of experience to industrial brokerage team

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Phoenix-based Citywide Commercial has hired Chad Neppl as Senior Vice President, continuing to expand Citywide’s market footprint with senior-level expertise in all industrial product types and across the metro’s numerous submarkets.

“We are thrilled to welcome Chad to Citywide Commercial and are confident in his ability to represent our firm with the one-on-one client service and the market- and industry-specific knowledge that we have come to be known for,” said Citywide Commercial Managing Principal Todd Hamilton. “Chad has an exceptional track record and reputation.”

Neppl previously served as Senior Vice President at CRESA, the world’s largest occupier-only commercial real estate brokerage firm. Across his career he has worked at select other high-profile brokerage firms including Keyser, Commercial Properties Inc. and NAI Horizon.

He is a former Fellow of the International Asset Management Council and member of NAIOP.

Citywide Commercial was founded in the Valley in 2018. Since that time, the firm has more than doubled in size and continues to expand. Citywide is located in the heart of the Camelback Corridor at 2122 E. Highland Ave., Suite 225.
