Citywide Commercial Real Estate names Troy Giammarco as Executive Vice President

PHOENIX, Ariz.(July 24, 2026) – Citywide Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Troy Giammarco has joined the firm as Executive Vice President, further strengthening the company’s investment sales and commercial brokerage platform throughout Arizona and beyond.

Giammarco will focus on investment sales, office and medical office building transactions, flex development projects, landlord representation, and tenant representation services. His expertise spans a diverse range of property types, including industrial, land, office, retail, and flex properties.

Giammarco brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, offering a unique owner, operator, and brokerage perspective to every assignment. Throughout his career, he has served as a developer, principal owner, asset manager, property manager, and commercial real estate advisor, providing a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the real estate lifecycle.

A recognized specialist in the office sector, Giammarco has represented a diverse client base that includes institutional investors, private owners, domestic and international banks, foreign governments, partnerships, trusts, syndications, and local, regional, national, and international tenants.

Throughout his career, his versatility and deep market knowledge have expanded into telecom, data centers, and technology-related real estate. As a founding member of Insignia/ESG’s National Telecom Team, he helped lead nationwide colocation and telecommunications rollout projects and later assisted in transitioning many of those facilities into data center and alternative technology uses.

He has also advised nearly two dozen foreign governments on ambassadorial office requirements throughout the U.S. and guided private investors on asset repositioning strategies.

Giammarco began his commercial real estate career with a development firm in New York City and has since built a successful business serving clients throughout Metro Phoenix and across the country. Over the course of his career, he has completed transactions totaling more than 15 million square feet across more than 40 cities in 20-plus states.

Prior to joining Citywide Commercial Real Estate, Giammarco spent more than a decade with NAI Horizon. Throughout his career, he has also held brokerage positions with Colliers, CBRE/Insignia ESG, and Newmark Knight Frank. He was a founding member of the National Telecom Team at CBRE/Insignia ESG and has played a significant role in mentoring and training commercial real estate professionals throughout his career.

A native of New York City, Giammarco attended the prestigious Bronx High School of Science and King’s College in New York. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family as a proud husband and father.
