Kreager grew up in Michigan and earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Colombia. He began his career in the advertising and marketing industry, where he says he learned the importance of approaching challenges in a measured, strategic way, constantly looking for ways to work more efficiently to earn and retain new business, while applying his analytical skills to learn what works and what doesn't, and move forward accordingly.
“My Dad owns a residential real estate brokerage back in Michigan, so I've always been peripherally involved in the business,” says Kreager. “Before transitioning from advertising to commercial real estate, I spent six months traveling around South America with my best friend. The pandemic cut the trip short, but it also propelled me towards my current path. After moving to Scottsdale, I did extensive research on the real estate industry, met with a number of commercial brokerages, and immediately could tell ABI was the place I wanted to be. Not an exaggeration. I was set on wanting to join ABI from my initial conversation with them.”
