Ault, Associate Vice President, Will Partner with Daniel Ortega in Colliers’ Phoenix Office
Phoenix, AZ – Colliers International in Greater Phoenix announced that Nick Ault, associate vice president, joined its Phoenix office. Ault specializes in retail and restaurant real estate services with a focus on tenant representation.
Ault will partner with Daniel Ortega, vice president, a highly-regarded retail specialist. The team represents local, regional and national tenants, buyers and sellers in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of retail properties including power centers, neighborhood centers, stand-alone retail buildings and restaurants.
“Nick’s proven success representing national credit tenants and in-depth knowledge of the retail market make him a valuable addition to our accomplished team of retail professionals,” said Bob Mulhern, managing director of Colliers in Greater Phoenix. “We are pleased to welcome such a dedicated and service-oriented professional to Colliers.”
“Key factors in my decision to join Colliers were its exceptional retail services platform, collaborative culture and the opportunity to partner with Daniel Ortega,” said Ault. “Colliers provides first-class resources and a comprehensive range of services that will allow me to enhance and broaden service offerings to clients.”
Prior to joining Colliers, Ault was an integral member of the tenant services group at an established boutique retail brokerage firm in Phoenix, where he focused on new market roll-outs for national credit tenants. Ault assisted with market strategies, site selection, lease administration, and transaction negotiations on behalf of clients, such as Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, Floyd’s Barbershop, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Spa 810, Whataburger, U.S. Egg, IHOP, Active Ride Shop, McAlister’s Deli, Clothes Mentor and Slim Chickens.
Ault is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies with a concentration in Design Management from Arizona State University.
