Commercial litigator Alana Porrazzo elected to Partner in Phoenix office of Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod

PHOENIX, ARIZONA — Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod (JHKM) is pleased to announce that Alana Porrazzo, a commercial litigator with the firm’s Phoenix office, was recently elected partner.

Porrazzo’s practice is focused in surety and fidelity law, construction litigation, and securities litigation. She regularly defends bond claims and bad faith allegations, litigates performance defaults, prosecutes subrogation and indemnity claims and represents sureties in bankruptcy proceedings.

Porrazzo also frequently writes and speaks on issues related to surety and fidelity law and bankruptcy matters. Her securities practice emphasizes Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrations and investigations by securities regulators.

In addition to her active law practice, Porrazzo serves on the Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona’s Construction Law Section as the Young Lawyers Division Representative. She is also a member of the American Bar Association where she serves as co-chair of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee’s Bankruptcy Subcommittee.

Porrazzo earned her law degree from Tulane University Law School in 2016, where she graduated cum laude. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University in 2009. Porrazzo joined JHKM in 2018.
