Phoenix, Ariz (July 3, 2024) -- Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International (CPI), Arizona’s largest locally-owned commercial real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the sale of ±11,466 SF food-grade industrial building directly south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport at 2601 S. 24th Street, Phoenix, Arizona. The property operated as a commissary and food preparation facility with a storefront café since 2018. The building has a fully equipped commercial kitchen with ventilation hoods, ovens/grills, two walk-in coolers, and a freezer. The new owner/user will operate as a patisserie.

Jeff Hays, Trent Rustan, and Sam Rutledge of Commercial Properties Incorporated represented the seller, Scratch Holdings LLC. DAUM Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, Osky Realty LLC. The property sold for $3,350,000 / $292.17 PSF.
