Construction Industry Veterans Launch Specialty Water, Wastewater Infrastructure Company

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (May 19, 2025) — Tim Rockholt and Dennis Sime announce the launch of RS Contracting, a Scottsdale-based general contracting firm specializing in constructing and rehabilitating water and wastewater infrastructure throughout Arizona. With more than 50 years of combined experience in water and wastewater construction and more than 500 successful projects under their belt, RS Contracting is positioned to take on Arizona’s toughest water infrastructure challenges.

Rockholt and Sime have worked together since 2001, when they met working on projects for Felix Construction. The duo brings more than two decades of field experience and project leadership, both beginning as laborers and rising through the ranks to project superintendents, where they managed field crews, equipment logistics, and operations for a wide variety of multimillion-dollar projects. Sime is also a former general superintendent at Felix Construction, where he led a team of more than 85 field personnel and directed more than $75 million in infrastructure projects. Prior to founding RS Contracting, Rockholt and Sime were partners and operated ASR Construction Group, growing the business for five years before deciding to forge their own path with RS Contracting.
