Peoria, AZ – James Cook through Cook Trust purchased the 12.65 ± Acres at the SEC of 83rd Ave. & Olive Ave in Peoria, AZ. EH 83rd & Olive LLC, was the seller in the transaction.

On 9/14/15 Cook purchased the Vacant Land for $1,518,000. The transaction was negotiated by City to City Commercial – Jim Frazey Contact Jim Frazey at 480- 729-6803. EH 83rd & Olive purchased the parcel in May 2012 for $689,000. The seller is a venture between Everest Holdings and The Kemper and Ethel Marley Foundation.
