Barrett Distribution Centers was represented by Jacque Beeson, a broker with CBRE.
“The proximity to I-269 and Highway 302 made I-269 Logistics Center the ideal location for Barrett Distribution Centers’ operations,” states Lisa Ward, Senior Vice President, and Managing Director for Core5. “In addition, the fact that the building was move-in ready played a major role in Barrett’s selection of the facility,” continues Lisa.
I-269 Logistics Center Building D is constructed to meet state-of-the-art standards, featuring a 40-foot clear ceiling height and a six-inch Ductilcrete slab. The building accommodates trailer parking for over 216 trailers and 597 auto parking spaces.
