PHOENIX, ARIZ.– Coreslab Structures Inc. bolstered its leadership team with the promotion of two industry experts. Rick Reichenberg was promoted to General Manager and Phil Richardson, SE, was promoted to Sales Manager.

Reichenberg, who has been with Coreslab for 28 years, was promoted from Vice President/Sales and Marketing. Richardson, who has been with Coreslab for 19 years, was promoted from Assistant Sales Manager.

Reichenberg’s new duties will include managing staff, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service and engaging with vendors.

“This promotion enables me to work on improving efficiency and increase profits as well as handling the overall operations of the Phoenix office,” said Reichenberg, who will replace current GM Ron Harman, who is retiring in March. Reichenberg will report to the President, Mario Franciosa.

Richardson will be responsible for the building and managing of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness analysis, pricing and sales opportunities.

“We are thrilled by Phil’s promotion and his ability to drive growth and profitability by providing executive leadership for in-bound and out-bound marketing activities across multiple channels,” Reichenberg said. “We are confident he will keep Coreslab at the forefront of precast concrete building solutions.”

A native of Utah, Richardson has lived in the Valley since 2002. He received his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Utah. He holds an SE (Structural Engineer) License in Utah and Arizona.
