C&W | PICOR’s Kameron Norwood Honored as a BizTucson Next Gen Leader

TUCSON, AZ (January 19, 2026) — Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR is recognizing Kameron Norwood, investment sales and leasing specialist, after he was named a BizTucson 2026 Next Gen Leader in the publication’s Winter 2026 edition. The feature highlights 22 next-generation leaders who have contributed to the Tucson community.
Norwood is a Tucson native and University of Arizona graduate who represents buyers and sellers of commercial property with C&W | PICOR. He began his career in Chicago with Insight Global, advancing from recruiter to contractor relations management, where he oversaw more than 60 recruiters, earned 14 performance awards, and led initiatives to improve contractor retention for national clients.
Before entering commercial real estate, Norwood built and scaled multiple ventures. At 29, he co-founded Half Day CBD, an award-winning hemp-derived CBD brand featured by Forbes. He later launched PackDash, a third-party logistics company created to address e-commerce fulfillment challenges for small businesses during the COVID-19 boom. PackDash grew into a multimillion-dollar enterprise with warehouse operations in Chicago and Tucson before being sold to a larger company in 2023. Norwood’s entrepreneurial work also earned recognition and funding through the Google Black Founders Fund and Pharrell Williams’ Black Ambition Award.
Since joining C&W | PICOR, Norwood has focused on investment sales and leasing, specializing in land and commercial buildings. The firm said he advises investors and property owners through the full lifecycle of ownership, from acquisition and lease-up to stabilization and disposition, and has closed more than 40 industrial sale and lease transactions totaling more than $19 million in total consideration.
“Building lasting relationships is at the heart of what I do,” Norwood said. “I believe in becoming a true advocate for my clients—not just understanding their needs, but actively solving for them. From finding the perfect real estate opportunity to structuring creative financing that works for all parties, I’m dedicated to getting deals done quickly and efficiently.”
Norwood is also active in Tucson’s startup and nonprofit communities. He has mentored early-stage founders through programs such as FORGE at the University of Arizona, and he has served as a mentor and judge for Startup Tucson events. His volunteer leadership includes board roles with the former Tucson Metro Chamber, Desert Sage High School, United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona, Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona, Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson, Southern Arizona CCIM, and other youth- and community-focused organizations.
“Kam’s entrepreneurial instincts and people-first approach make him a standout advisor,” said Barbi Reuter, CEO of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR. “He sees opportunities from all sides and works tirelessly to craft win-win outcomes and long-term value for his clients. This recognition reflects the impact he makes every day.”
C&W | PICOR said Norwood’s recognition aligns with the firm’s mission of “Building Value through Service” and its commitment to client outcomes and community impact.
