Phoenix, Arizona -- Daum Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated the $1.365 million sale of the 7,990-square-foot RepublicBankAZ office building located at 909 E. Missouri Avenue in Phoenix.
Robert Lundstedt with Daum Phoenix represented the buyer in the sale transaction, Kent & Wittekind of Phoenix. The law firm will relocate from 111 W. Monroe Street in Phoenix to fully occupy the two-story Missouri Avenue facility in 2018.
The seller of the owner-occupied building was Judy Lynn of Phoenix and represented by Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Stephanie Adams of Cushman Wakefield.
RepublicBankAZ plans to relocate in Phoenix.
